What happened
Landed once, reverted internally: removing from c10/util/Exception.cpp dropped std::cerr, which the file still uses (misc-include-cleaner misattributes it to a different header). Kept ; re-verified the other 4 removals are still unused. Signed-off-by: cyy cyyever@outlook.com
