U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Bradley R. Orlopp, 38, of Seneca Falls, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with the production and possession of child pornography. Because of a prior conviction involving the sexual abuse of a minor, the charges carry a minimum of 25 years in prison, a maximum of 50 years, a lifetime period of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
