distributed.md listed only four backends. Several public APIs had no autodoc entry: new_subgroups, new_subgroups_by_enumeration, set_debug_level, set_debug_level_from_env, ProcessGroup, group, DebugLevel, DDPCommHookType and PostLocalSGDState.
