Comment out the names of unused function parameters ( T /*name*/ ) in torch/csrc/lazy, to address clang-tidy unused-parameter warnings. No behavior change is intended. Split by area from a larger cleanup (see also the other "Mark unused parameters" PRs, e.g. #199460 ). Test plan: not verified locally; relying on CI.
