What happened
Problem #197313 stopped duplicate execution of four Inductor suites in ROCm default shards. On CUDA the same four files still run more than once per main commit: trunk 's default config picks them up by discovery, and the inductor config in inductor-unittest.yml runs them explicitly on A10G, in both its CUDA 13.0 and CUDA 13.2 jobs.
