Summary This PR labels P2PIpcTest in test/distributed/test_p2p_ipc.py as HardwareClassification.CUDA . Per review and the landed #190173 linter (which requires instantiation only for ACCELERATOR classes), the label is the only change needed for this CUDA-only class.
