ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Mets on Tuesday named Andy Green their full-time manager, removing his interim tag and signing him to a three-year contract. “Andy has connected with and pushed our players to perform, despite the disappointment of the season,” Mets owners Steve and Alex Cohen said in a statement.
