LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — The Court of Arbitration for Sport said on Monday that a ruling on Senegal’s appeal against a decision to award the Africa Cup of Nations to Morocco is expected by the end of November.Senegal challenged a Confederation of African Football appeal ruling in March that shocked soccer by overturning a 1-0 victory on the field of play to a 3-0 win for Morocco by default.
