On August 6th, the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center lost radar and communications for about two hours, disrupting over 1,100 flights across a nine-state airspace. The Verge reported on this outage and suggested that Elon Musk made flying worse so that Palantir could profit. The article also noted that on August 4th, President Donald Trump departed the White House in Marine One. The outage and the earlier departure appear to be linked in the report.
