Hawaii senior Panna Ratkai was named the Old Trapper Mountain West Women’s Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week today. The 5-foot-10 outside hitter earned most valuable player honors in the Outrigger Invitational after leading the Rainbow Wahine (4-2) to three consecutive wins.
