Spain's La Liga president Javier Tebas has called for Manchester City to face the strongest possible sanction available to the Premier League if they have breached financial rules. News broke on Friday that City had been found guilty of the majority of 115 charges laid against them for the period 2009 to 2018, although chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak is “confident” they will prove their innocence.
