Mexico's rising star Isaac del Toro won the 40th edition of the Deutschland Tour/Tour of Germany on Sunday, his fourth stage-race victory this year at only 22. He was third at the Tour de France in July as he helped team-mate Tadej Pogačar to glory and easily claimed the honours on the five-day race through Germany.
