Former Dundee United defender Sean Dillon has made history by becoming the oldest outfield player in the SPFL era. At the grand old age of 43 years and 16 days, Dillon broke Colin Cameron's record with an appearance off the bench for League One Montrose in a 3-0 defeat by Alloa on 15 August.
