Hibernian's appointment of Marink Reedijk as manager is "bold", "positive" but also "risky", according to former Easter Road midfielder Scott Allan. The 35-year-old Dutchman has just two seasons as a senior manager behind him, Beveren becoming the first Belgian club since 1934 to go undefeated as they won promotion to the top flight last season.
