The Premier League's Key Match Incidents Panel has backed the decision not to award a penalty to Liverpool at Ipswich Town earlier this month. Liverpool led 2-0 towards the end of the first half when Abdul Fatawu slid in to make a block and brought down Cody Gakpo on the edge of the area. Referee Darren England allowed play to continue, and video assistant referee Nick Hopton decided against a review.
