Issue Part of #196238 Summary Ports test_hash (hash equality, hash inheritance, hash builtins, SipHash randomization) from CPython v3.13.5 to test/cpython/v3_13/ , following the standard porting recipe: Dynamo patch header, rebind the test classes to CPythonTestCase , and run_tests() footer.
