Reverted #194230 on behalf of https://github.com/jeanschmidt due to Seems that lots of internal code still depends on this header, removing it will require a bit of internal coordination, and as this is not a simple cleanup I am forced to revert, @janeyx99 can you give some support to coordinate this work and unblock this diff?
