This wave of the ROCm skip-resolution workstream re-enables nine distributed tests whose flaky history was investigated and resolved. Most of the skips were mechanical inlinings of auto-disabler entries ( #185013 / #185275 ) whose underlying disables date to older ROCm stacks.
