Summary Apply hardware classification structure following #186918 guidelines. Changes: Split TestSWAUtils into TestSWAUtilsGeneric (GENERIC, 4 tests) + TestSWAUtils (ACCELERATOR, 5 tests) - Split TestSWAUtils because @onlyCPU tests never use the device parameter and test pure CPU-side logic with no accelerator involvement.
